The Electronics Sector Skills Council of India (ESSCI), an organization setup to provide skilled workforce for the Electronics industry, today announced the appointment of Dr.Abhilasha Gaur as its new Chief Operating Officer (C0O). DrAbhilasha is an accomplished professional with vast experience in the Skill Development eco-system. She would be responsible for overseeing the operations of ESSCI, and will work closely with its Governing Council on strategic issues related to the growth of the Electronic Systems Design and Manufacturing (ESDM) industry in India. Dr.Abhilasha Gaur is a hard-core management practitioner with 18 years of experience inBusiness Development, Execution of Government Projects and Implementation of various initiatives in Skill development, Corporate and academics. She brings with her an excellent combination of domain knowledge, and operational experience.
